Digistore24
Set up Digistore24 conversion tracking as an affiliate. Connect the predefined Affiliate Postback URL, let AutoTag pass the AnyTrack Click ID through the `cid` parameter, and send Purchase and Lead conversions to Google Ads, Facebook, and TikTok through the Conversion API. Merchants selling their own products use the separate Vendor Postback URL.
Digistore24 Integration Overview
Section titled “Digistore24 Integration Overview”The Digistore24 integration sends your Digistore24 conversions to AnyTrack through a predefined Postback URL. AnyTrack matches each conversion to the visitor session that produced it, then passes it on to Google Ads, Facebook, and TikTok through their Conversion APIs — so your ad platforms optimize on sales they would otherwise never see.
Affiliate or merchant?
Section titled “Affiliate or merchant?”Digistore24 connects to AnyTrack in two modes. Both live in the same integration and both track the same way; only the Postback URL differs.

You can run both at once — add each Postback URL in its own place in Digistore24.
How does the Digistore24 AnyTrack integration work:
Section titled “How does the Digistore24 AnyTrack integration work:”- Traffic: When visitors land on your website, AnyTrack collects traffic source data and First Party data.
- Engagements: When visitors click on your Digistore24 affiliate links, AnyTrack does a few things:
- Collects granular data tied to the
OutboundClick. - Triggers Event Tracking API requests to your Tracking Tags and analytics.

- Conversions: When visitors convert on the merchant’s website, AnyTrack receives real time conversion data through Postback URL.
- Attribution: AnyTrack processes the conversion data and reports it across various reporting sections of the AnyTrack Dashboard.
- Conversion API: AnyTrack sends the conversions it recorded to your ad platforms’ Conversion API, so their optimization algorithms train on sales that happen off your website.

The Digistore24 Postback URL
Section titled “The Digistore24 Postback URL”The Digistore24 integration page in your AnyTrack dashboard exposes both predefined Postback URLs — the Affiliate Postback URL and the Vendor Postback URL. This guide uses the Affiliate one; it looks like this:

Go to the Integration Catalog, search for Digistore24.

Click on the Digistore24 card, then click Install.
Step #2: Connect your Digistore24 account
Section titled “Step #2: Connect your Digistore24 account”- Copy the Affiliate Postback URL from the Digistore24 integration page in your AnyTrack dashboard.
- Login to your Digistore24 affiliate panel and go to Account > S2S Postback.
- Click on Add new connection in the top left-hand corner.
- Enter a Name for the S2S Postback connection (this will only be visible to you).
- Select the Products for which the S2S Postback connection should be activated.
- Select the Events for which information should be transmitted.
- Paste the Affiliate Postback URL.
- Select USD as the currency in which the amounts are to be transferred.
- Make sure that the connection is active.
- Click on Save.
Validate your integration
Section titled “Validate your integration”This section will enable you to validate the main aspects of your setup.
Link tracking
Section titled “Link tracking”Since Tracking starts when visitors clicks on offer links, you verify that your links are tracked and AutoTagged.
AutoTag Methods
Section titled “AutoTag Methods”- Default: By default, AnyTrack automatically identifies and AutoTags Digistore24 links found on your website.
- AutoScan: AnyTrack scans links that are embedded in redirects plugins and AutoTags them accordingly.
- Manual:
- Tracking Group Attribute: You add the tracking group attribute to links according to their tracking requirements. For example:

subid:&cid=--CLICK-ID--to the offer link.

Once the links are set up, you can check in your Digistore24 account reports and see whether the cid parameters are passed to the offer links.

Section titled “Conversion Tracking”To validate your setup, either wait for an actual conversion or trigger a test conversion yourself and inspect the conversion logs. The value of the Purchase event is calculated by subtracting the amount_netto from the amount_brutto.
